A series of 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to your personal needs.
At the start of our journey, you’ll set a bigger goal in our discovery session, which we will then break down into smaller, achievable milestones during each session.
After agreeing on the structure and duration of the coaching journey we sign an agreement and start working towards your goal.
As your co-pilot, I’ll help you stay on track and reach your destination more effectively and sustainably. Together, we’ll uncover limiting beliefs, identify systemic patterns, reduce anxiety, silence self-saboteurs, and turn seemingly unattainable goals into actionable steps.
My tools
I use powerful, thought-provoking questions that engage all three intelligence centers—head, heart, and gut—along with personalized exercises between sessions and ongoing weekly email support.
The process
I see my clients every 3 to 6 weeks, allowing time and space for reflection and real-world application. The goal is to empower you to find your own solutions, so you can navigate future challenges with confidence.
