To begin your strengths journey, you’ll take the CliftonStrengths Assessment (Top 5 or Full 34 Report).
For individuals: We’ll meet for four one-on-one coaching sessions, guiding you through each step of the process.
For teams: Each team member begins with at least one individual coaching session meeting for a team workshop. In this collaborative session, we’ll reflect on steps 2–4, fostering shared understanding and alignment.
